Located off West Elliot Street between Cooper and McQueen in Gilbert, Arizona, Artemina is one of the more exclusive neighborhoods in the area. Built by Camelot and Meritage Homes from 2001 through 2002, average home prices for Artemina run close to $400,000, with more than a few houses topping the half-million dollar mark.
